基于四余度设计的驾驶员操纵传感器校准方法 被引量:2

摘要 飞行控制系统中,驾驶员操纵传感器作为飞机人工操作的信号源,具有非常重要的作用。目前,驾驶员操纵传感器LVDT采用检定的方式完成计量,忽略了该类传感器的使用要求。以驾驶员传感器技术要求为基础,分析四余度LVDT传感器技术指标特点,提出对其中通道跟踪误差和通道干扰的校准需求和校准方法,并通过Matlab实现通道跟踪误差计算。该方法的建立能够为传感器基于应用需求的校准方案设计提供思路,在今后具有复杂应用环境、特殊应用要求传感器的校准设计中打下基础。 In the flight control system, the pilot operating sensors as the signal source for flight manual opera- tion play an essential role. At present, LVDT is calibrated in law which ignores LVDT' s using requirement. The technical characters of four redundancy LVDT are analyzed, and the calibration needs and methods for tracing the error and interference between different channels are presented based on the technical requirements of LVDT. The calculation of the channel tracing errors is also accomplished by Matlab. This method can provide i- deas for the calibration scheme design based on application requirement, and lays a foundation for design cali- bration scheme of sensor with complex application environment and special application requirements.
