摘要
目的探究分析老年呼吸道感染应用哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗的效果分析与评价。方法选取2013年3月~2017年6月我院收治的老年呼吸道感染患者78例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组患者采用哌拉西林/舒巴坦治疗,观察组患者采用哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.87%,高于对照组的84.62%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的健康感觉(106.92±4.26)分,睡眠状态(11.35±3.02)分,生活满足感(25.14±1.39)分,对照组患者的健康感觉(86.71±5.06)分,睡眠状态(5.34±2.26)分,生活满足感(15.83±3.16)分,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年呼吸道感染应用哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗的效果显著,在改善患者临床症状的同时,可有效提升患者的生存质量,效果显著,值得临床推广实践。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of piperacillin/tazobactam in the treatment of respiratory tract infection in the elderly.Methods 78 cases of respiratory infection in the elderly in our hospital in March 2013~June 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with piperacillin/sulbactam,and the patients in the observation group were treated with piperacillin/tazobactam.The clinical treatment effect and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 94.87%in the observation group and 84.62%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The observation group had a healthy feeling(106.92±4.26)points,a sleep state(11.35±3.02)points,and a life satisfaction(25.14±1.39)points.The control group had a healthy feeling(86.71±5.06)points and a sleep state(5.34±2.26)points,life satisfaction(15.83±3.16)points,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of piperacillin/tazobactam in the treatment of elderly respiratory tract infections is significant.It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients while improving their clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical practice.
