摘要
近年来,随着公安科技创新工作引领警务实战作用的发展,公安科技创新工作所面临的问题也日益凸显,在明确公安科技创新工作目前存在组织规划、人才梯队、科研经费、创新机制与推广应用等方面问题的基础上,分析了科技创新还不能引领警务实战的原因,最后提出了公安科技创新工作发展的建议,依托公安科技创新模式推出"五个确保"来破解难题,呈现了公安新一代数字警务的发展目标。
In recent years,the police Sci-tech innovation has been leading the Policing combat.With the development of this effect,new problems of Sci-tech innovation work faced by the police have been increasingly prominent.In the current situation,the enhancing of their ability about Sci-tech innovation should be put in the core position by the public security organization.And to ensure the Sci-tech innovation leading the policing combat,police strength should be asked from the Sci-tech.Problems,causes,development and solutions of the Sci-tech innovation work of public security are clarified in this paper,as well as the elaboration of the important roles of planning,organization,professionalized team and personnel,research funds,the importance of mechanism and popularization.The development goal of a new generation of digital policing of public security is also presented in this paper.Finally,suggestions are made to develop the work of Sci-tech innovation.
