摘要
目的分析血清降钙素原定量检测与血培养结果的比较。方法选择2015年1月~2016年12月在我院血液检测的患者1460例,均在清晨空腹状态下抽取外周循环血液样本,分别行血清降钙素原定量检测及血培养,以血培养为金标准,分析两种检测结果差异。结果 1460例中经血清降钙素原定量检测结果显示阳性406例(27.81%),阴性1054例(72.19%);1460例经血培养确诊阳性者58例(3.97%),阴性1402例(96.02%);血清降钙素原定量检测敏感度为79.31%、特异度为74.32%、阳性预测值为11.33%、阴性预测值为98.86%、准确率为74.52%;58例血培养确认阳性者中血清降钙素原检出率为79.31%,而1402例经血培养阴性者中血清降钙素原阳性检出率为25.68%,组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在细菌感染检测血液样本方面采用血清降钙素原定量检测能够获得良好的检测结果,值得进一步在临床应用及推广。
Objective To analyze the comparison between the quantitative detection of serum calcitonin and the results of blood culture.Methods One thousand four hundred and sixty cases of blood tests in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected.The blood samples of peripheral circulation were sampled in the morning empty stomach,and the serum calcitonin original and blood culture were measured and the blood culture was selected as the gold standard,and the difference between the two detection results was analyzed.Results The results of quantitative detection of calcitonin in blood showed that 406(27.81%)cases were positive and 1054 cases(72.19%)were negative in 1460 cases.In 1460 cases,58 cases(3.97%)were confirmed positive by blood culture,and 1402 cases(96.02%)were negative.The sensitivity of serum calcitonin was 79.31%,specificity was 74.32%,positive predictive value was 11.33%,negative predictive value was 98.86%,and accuracy was 74.52%.In 58 cases of positive blood culture,the detection rate of serum calcitonin was 79.31%,but the positive rate of calcitonin in serum of 1402 cases with negative blood culture was 25.68%,and the difference of data between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The quantitative detection of serum calcitonin in the detection of blood samples from bacterial infection can obtain good results,which is worthy of further clinical application and popularization.
