摘要
肛肠科病种多,包括痔、肛瘘、肛裂、便秘、结直肠肿瘤等多种疾病,病情相对复杂,手术仍是治疗肛肠疾病的主要方式,年轻医生必须掌握扎实的基本功,逐步提高手术技巧,同时注意术后护理,防治术后并发症,如术后出血、疼痛、复发等。通过青年医师培训教学经验总结,结合学员,带教老师的交流,我们总结出了一套模块化、进阶式BST培训新方法,通过"皮肤缝合-胃肠吻合-腔镜技术-术后护理"四个模块进行肛肠科医生的培养,提高了教学质量,成果显著。
There are many kinds of diseases in the anorectal department,including hemorrhoids,anal fistula,anal fissure,constipation,colorectal cancer and other diseases.The condition is relatively complex.Surgery is still the main way to treat anorectal diseases.Young doctors must master solid basic skills,improve their surgical skills gradually,pay attention to postoperative nursing and prevent postoperative complications,such as postoperative bleeding,pain,and recurrence.Through the summary of teaching experience of young doctor training,and with the exchange of trainees and teachers,we have summed up a new modular and advanced BST training method."Skin suture gastrointestinal anastomosis-endoscopic technology-postoperative care"four modules for anorectal doctors training improve the quality of teaching,remarkable results.
