摘要
当前医学高职生在实习过程中表现出的医德修养滑坡,究其原因有社会环境、教育体制改革的影响,学校医德教育中存在的问题以及医学生个人因素等。医德教育应对措施:医德教育制度化及明确责任归属,加强学校与实习医院的沟通合作,改进医德教育的方法,以及对实习生的医德监督及奖惩制度规范化。
The descend of medical students' morality in the medical practice are caused by various factors, which include social background, reformation of education system, the problems existed in the medical morality education and the medical students' personal factors. The article presents the countermeasures: systematize the education of ethics, strengthen the communication and cooperation between schools and hospitals, develop the methods of the education of ethics, supervise the trainee's ethics and standardize the system of reward and penalty.
