手术剥离黄斑区內界膜治疗高度近视患者黄斑劈裂的疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察分析手术剥离黄斑区內界膜治疗高度近视黄斑劈裂的疗效。方法选取我院在2013年3月至2016年1月收治的31例(31只眼)的病例资料,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组11只眼,观察组20只眼;对照组患者采用玻璃体切除手术,观察组患者采用手术剥离黄斑区内界膜手术,两组患者手术中给予依据其病情给予不同的辅助方式,例如填充硅油、惰性气体等。患者手术后进行为期3~12个月的随访,观察患者最佳矫正视力及视网膜复位情况等。结果观察组患者手术后视力提高程度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的黄斑区视网膜复位率为90.5%,对照组患者黄斑区视网膜复位率为63.6%,观察组患者显著高于对照组患者,有统计学意义。结论手术剥离黄斑区內界膜能够有效提高高度近视患者黄斑区视网膜劈裂的复位率及手术后视力,是一种较好的手术治疗方法,值得使用与推广。 Objective To observe and analyze the effects of surgical removal of internal limiting membrane on macular detachment in high myopia.Methods 31 high myopic patients with macular detachment treated in our hospital between March 2013 and January 2016 were enrolled and randomly assigned into control group(11 eyes)and observation group(20 eyes).In control group,patients were treated with vitrectomy alone,while patients in the observation group were treated with combined macular membrane surgery.Silicone oil or gas filling were used in both groups as the patient’s condition demanded.Patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months and best corrected visual acuity and retinal reattachment were observed.Results Visual acuity improved significantly more in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).The rate of macular reattachment was 90.5%in observation group vs.63.6%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Surgical dissection of macular membrane can effectively improve visual acuity and surgery outcomes in patients with high myopia and is a better surgical treatment.
