摘要
采用水培法研究不同光照条件对中华水韭叶片生理生化特性和光合荧光特性的影响。结果表明,随着生长光强的降低,生理生化指标中的可溶性糖、脯氨酸和丙二醛的含量以及过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性均呈现先下降后上升的趋势,与此同时,叶绿素含量呈现先上升后下降的变化趋势。光合荧光特性中除了非光化学猝灭系数qN呈现先下降后上升的趋势外,PSⅡ的有效量子产量Yield、最大量子产量Fv/Fm、光化学猝灭系数qP、快速光响应曲线初始斜率α、最大潜在相对电子传递速率Pm和半饱和光强Ik均呈先上升后下降的趋势。对中华水韭的生理生化和光合作用有利的光照强度是全光照的70%左右,说明适度遮荫可以提高中华水韭的碳同化能力,增加光合产物的积累,促进其生长。
Hydroponic culture was conducted to study the effect of different light conditions on the growth of Isoetes sinensis.The paper examined the changing rule of physiological and biochemical characteristics and photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics.The results showed that the chlorophyll content of the leaves of I.sinensis increased and then decreased but other physiological and biochemical indexes including soluble sugar content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,proline(PRO)content,peroxidase(POD)activities and catalase(CAT)activities gradually decreased at the beginning then increased with the decreasing light intensity.Among the photosynthetic fluorescence characteristics,the PSⅡeffective quantum yield(Yield),PSⅡmaximal quantum yield(Fv/Fm),photochemical quenching(qP),higher potential maximum relative electron transfer rates(Pm),initial slope of rapid light curve(α)and half-starved value of light intensities(Ik)gradually increased and then decreased with the decreasing light intensity,while non-photochemical quenching(qN)decreased and then increased.The suitable light intensity for physiological and photosynthesis of I.sinensis is about 70%of full light.In general,moderate shading should improve the carbon assimilation capacity of I.sinensis,stimulate the accumulation of photoproduct and beneficial in I.sinensis growth.
