亲水性聚醚氨基硅QPEAS硅乳的制备及应用 被引量:4

摘要 利用端环氧硅油(α,ω-ESO)和叔胺聚醚(TAM)的胺化开环反应,先合成了季铵化聚醚氨基硅油(QPEAS),然后用聚醚氨基硅专用乳化剂SAa将其乳化,制得了贮存稳定性与亲水性俱佳的聚醚氨基硅乳液。用红外光谱(IR)、纳米粒度仪、Zeta电位分析仪和扫描电镜(SEM)对QPEAS及其乳液进行了表征和成膜性观察,并考察了叔胺聚醚链长、乳化剂用量以及助溶剂乙二醇丁醚用量对QPEAS整理棉织物应用性能的影响。结果表明:QPEAS乳液平均粒径54.8 nm,Zeta电位+32.6 m V,并且在织物纤维表面具有良好的成膜性。当叔胺聚醚为TAM-1 000,乳化剂用量为5%,EM用量为20%时,经QPEAS整理的织物柔软性和亲水性提高,白度基本不变,并具有较好的耐水洗性能。 A quaternary ammonium modified polyether-amino silicone(QPEAS)was synthesized by the ring-opening reaction of self-made epoxy terminated silicone oil(α,ω-ESO)with tertiary amine polyether(TAM).QPEAS was emulsified with hydrophilic polyether-amino silicone special emulsifier SAa,it with the storage stability and delicate hydrophilic polyether-amino silicone emulsion.The chemical structure of QPEAS,its emulsion,and its membrane configuration on the fiber surface were characterized by means of IR,nanopar?ticle size analyzer,Zeta potential analyzer and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of chain length of tertiary amine polyether,dosage of emulsifier and ethylene glycol butyl ether(EM)on the application perfor?mance for the cotton fabric were also discussed.The results showed that the average particle size of the QPEAS emulsion was 54.8 nm,Zeta potential was+32.6 mV,and it had a good film-forming ability on fabric surface.When tertiary amine polyether was TAM-1 000,the dosage of emulsifier was 5%and the dosage of EM was 20%,the softness and hydrophily of fabric was improved,the whiteness basically remained un?changed and it had a better washability.
