摘要
依据脆弱性"人-环境"耦合系统对老年公寓火灾进行分析。从老年公寓的人员因素、建筑构造、消防设施、管理水平4个方面中提取20个脆弱性影响因素构建指标体系,并运用ISM和ANP的系统方法构建老年公寓火灾脆弱性影响因素的层级结构网络模型。结果表明,多层递阶的脆弱性网络模型可以有效建立老年公寓火灾脆弱性的影响结构,为预防和控制老年公寓火灾提供决策依据。
The elder apartment fire was analyzed based on vulnera-bility“human-environment”coupled system.Index system was built by 20 vulnerability factors,which were extracted from elder apartment human factor,building structure,fire facility and man-agement level.Using ISM and ANP,the hierarchy network model of elder apartment fire vulnerability influence factors was built.Re-sults showed that a hierarchical vulnerability network model can ef-fectively establish vulnerable influence structure of elder apartment fire,and provide decision reference for elder apartment fire preven-tion and control.
