摘要 根据过往我国食品安全抽检效果可以分析发现,目前在我国食品污染问题中存在大量的微生物污染,已经成为威胁我国食品安全问题的一个重要因素,迫切需要的得到解决。针对微生物污染主要需要采用现代化的微生物检测技术来对食品中的微生物污染情况进行科学合理的评价,更有效的为食品安全监管工作提供数据支撑。本文主要分析了当前我国应用比较多的微生物检测技术及其在食品安全中的应用,分析其发展方向。 Based on the results of food safety inspection in China in the past,it can be found that there is a large number of microbial contamination in food pollution problem in China,which has become an important factor that threatens food safety in China and needs to be solved urgently.In view of microbiological pollution,it is necessary to adopt modern microbiological detection technology to evaluate the microbiological contamination in food scientifically and reasonably,and provide data support for food safety supervision.This paper mainly analyzes the application of microbiological detection technology and its application in food safety in China and its development direction.
