摘要
在食品安全监管体制调整后,食品安全由食品药品监管部门实行集中统一监管。在新形势下,食品药品监管部门检测能力的不足成为食品安全监管的短板,现有的现场快速检测和法定检测二元检测体系存在一定的缺陷,而开展实验室快速检测有助于加强食品药品监管部门在食品安全监管中的检测筛查能力。因此,从利用实验室资源开展食品安全快速检测的角度,探讨如何加强食品药品监管部门的检测筛查能力。
After the food safety regulatory system is adjusted,the food safety is centralized supervised by the Food and Drug Administration. In the new situation,the Food and Drug Administration＇s insufficient detection ability becomes the short board of food safety supervision. Some defects are existent on existing site rapid testing and the two element detection system which is legal. So launching the rapid food safety testing of laboratory can strengthen the Food and Drug Administration＇s screening ability in the food safety supervision. This paper,from the angle of use the lab resources to carry out food safety rapid detection will dicuss how to strengthen the detection and screening capacity of the food and drug regulators.
