摘要
本文对近10年血瘀体质的相关文献进行总结,重点从流行病学调查、组学研究及与疾病关系三方面进行阐述。最后对目前研究中存在的不足和问题进行思考,并提出血瘀体质研究应在中医理论为指导的基础上,通过实验或临床研究揭示血瘀体质的本质并量化标准。既为指导血瘀体质辨体诊疗及预防疾病提供了依据,也为中医个体化诊疗的开展提供了实验基础。
This review summarized the literature about stagnant blood constitution(SBC)in recent 10 years,which focused on the below:epidemiological investigation,group study,the relationship with diseases.Finally,it pointed out the deficiencies and problems existing in present research.The study of SBC should be guided by the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and reveal the essence of blood stasis constitution and quantify the standard through experimental or clinical research.It not only provides the basis for guiding the diagnosis and treatment of SBC,but also provides the experimental basis for the development of individualized diagnosis and treatment of TCM.
