摘要
目的分析探讨中医针灸在治疗妇科疾病中的临床应用。方法选取我院2015年12月—2017年8月所收治的120例妇科疾病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各60例;对照组患者依照其病情状况给予西医治疗,而研究组患者给予中医针灸治疗,观察并比较2组患者临床治疗效果,并统计2组患者的满意度。结果研究组患者治疗有效率为96.67%,比对照组的75.0%明显偏高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;研究组患者的护理满意度为98.33%,比对照组的80.0%明显偏高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论中医针灸在妇科疾病中的临床治疗效果显著,能有效缓解患者症状,促进其康复,因而具有广阔的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating gynecological diseases.Methods 120 patients with gynecological diseases were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 60 cases in each group from December 2015 to August 2017.The control group was treated by Western medicine according to their condition,while the study group was treated by acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 75.0%of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 98.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in gynecological diseases is remarkable,which can effectively alleviate the symptoms and promote the rehabilitation of patients,so it has wide clinical application value.
