摘要
膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是中老年人常见、多发的骨关节病,以膝关节肿痛、僵硬、功能障碍为主要临床表现,对人类健康的影响程度以及所造成的医疗费用不断增加,病因尚不明确,随着中医药适宜技术的不断改进,深入与推广,从雷火灸的物理、化学作用机理,操作方法,禁忌症及作用效果来综述雷火灸在膝骨关节炎中医护理干预中应用的研究进展。
Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common and multiple osteoarthrosis in the middle and old age.The main clinical manifestation is the swelling and pain,stiffness and dysfunction of the knee.The degree of influence on human health and the cost of medical treatment are increasing.The cause of the disease is not clear.With the continuous improvement of the suitable technology of traditional Chinese medicine,the research progress on the application of thunder fire moxibustion in TCM nursing intervention of chronic osteoarthritis was reviewed in depth and popularization,from the physical and chemical mechanism of moxibustion,the method of operation and therapeutic effect.
