摘要
目的观察逆行撕除法+自体角膜缘干细胞移植+中药治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法将2016年1月—2017年10月在我院就诊的55例67眼翼状胬肉患者采取逆行撕除法联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植,同时术后给予中药口服10~14 d。结果所有患者术后角膜创面在2~5 d修复,观察1~12个月后,3例病人出现复发,其复发率为4.5%。结论逆行撕除法联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植及术后根据辨证施治口服中药,可有效治疗翼状胬肉,降低术后复发率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of retrograde excision therapy and Chinese medicine in the treatment of pterygium.Methods 55 cases of 67 eyes with pterygium in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were treated by retrograde avulsion combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation,and the Chinese medicine was given 10-14d after operation.Results All patients underwent corneal repair at about 2-5d after operation,and 1-12 months was observed.Recurrence occurred in 3 patients,with a recurrence rate of 4.5%.Conclusion The retrograde avulsion method combined with autologous limbal stem cell transplantation and the syndrome differentiation treatment of oral Chinese medicine after the operation can effectively treat pterygium and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
