胫前型显性营养不良型大疱性表皮松解症一例
Dominant pretibial dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa: a case report
摘要
临床资料 患者,男,54岁。主因双胫前出现大片境界清楚的紫红色斑块10余年,来我院皮肤科就诊。患者自述10多年前因股骨头坏死口服中药后,胫前发生丘疹,抓之起小水疱,后发展为两胫前对称大片暗红色斑片,伴轻度瘙痒。患者无糖尿病、结核等病史。家族中无类似疾病。查体：各系统检查未见明显异常。
