摘要
目的对血常规检验中的误差原因及对策进行分析。方法选取在我院参加临床血常规检验的13,424人,其中60人检验不合格,并对不合格原因进行回顾性分析。结果血常规检验13,424人,不合格发生率人数为60人,占总人数的0.44%。在60例不合格对象中,患者自身原因占33.33%,医护人员原因占28.33%,采集方法、时间因素占21.68%,血液检测设备原因占8.33%,成份制备原因占8.33%。结论想要保证血液质量的合格,首先需要确保受检者情绪的平稳,保证工作人员的专业性、职业道德水平、检测的把关、设备的优质才能够更好的进步和完善这一质量工作。
Objective To analyze the causes of errors and their countermeasures in routine blood tests.Methods A total of 13,424 clinical blood tests were performed in our hospital,of which 60 were unqualified,and the causes of disqualification were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were 13,424 blood routine examinations,and the number of unqualified persons was 60,accounting for 0.44%of the total number.Of the 60 unqualified subjects,33.33%were due to their own causes,28.33%due to medical personnel,21.68%for collection methods and time,8.33%for blood tests,and 8.33%for components.Conclusion In order to ensure the quality of blood quality,first of all,we need to ensure the stability of the subject,ensure the professional,professional ethics,inspection and quality of the equipment,and the quality of the equipment can better improve and improve the quality of the work.
