摘要
目的探究不同分型幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,HP)感染对消化性溃疡患者血清IL-10、IL-17及TNF-α水平表达的影响及意义。方法选取消化性溃疡患者158例,其中HP阳性109例(HP I型组58例,HP II型组51例),HP阴性组49例。观察IL-10、IL-17及TNF-α水平,比较各组中胃溃疡与十二指肠溃疡患者血清IL-10、IL-17及TNF-α表达水平。结果 HP I型组、HP II型组IL-10、IL-17及TNF-α水平高于HP阴性组(P均<0.05);HP I型组IL-10、IL-17及TNF-α水平又高于HP II型组(P均<0.05)。HP I型感染者中,十二指肠溃疡患者血清IL-10、IL-17及TNF-α水平显著高于胃溃疡患者(P均<0.05)。HP II型感染者中,胃溃疡与十二指肠溃疡患者IL-10、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);十二指肠溃疡患者血清IL-17水平高于胃溃疡患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HP阴性患者中十二指肠溃疡患者与胃溃疡患者血清IL-10、IL-17、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论不同分型HP感染的消化性溃疡患者血清IL-10、IL-17及TNF-α水平存在显著的差异,对于临床诊断具有一定的参考价值。
Objective To explore the influence and significance of different types of Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection on the expression of serum IL-10,IL-17 and TNF-αin patients with peptic ulcer.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight patients with peptic ulcer were included in this study.Among them,109 cases were positive for HP including 58 cases of HP type I group and 51 cases of HP type II group,and 49 cases were negative for HP.The levels of IL-10,IL-17 and TNF-αin different types of HP infection group were observed.The serum levels of IL-10,IL-17 and TNF-αin patients with gastric ulcer and with duodenal ulcer were compared.Results The levels of IL-10,IL-17 and TNF-αin HP type I group and HP type II group were higher than those in HP negative group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-10,IL-17 and TNF-αin HP type I group were also higher than those in HP type II group(P<0.05).In patients infected with HP type I,serum levels of IL-10,IL-17 and TNF-αin duodenal ulcer cases were significantly higher than those in gastric ulcer cases(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of IL-10 and TNF-αbetween gastric ulcer cases and duodenal ulcer cases(P>0.05);Serum IL-17 level of duodenal ulcer patients was higher than that of gastric ulcer patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum IL-10,IL-17 and TNF-αlevels in HP negative patients with gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer(P>0.05).Conclusions The serum levels of IL-10,IL-17 and TNF-αin peptic ulcer patients with different types of HP infection are significantly different and can be used as an important basis for clinical diagnosis.
