摘要 为研究矿山井下防尘供水管网系统的可靠性,综合考虑供水管网系统功能及其结构,引入流可靠度和基于阈级的单元重要度的概念,结合供水管网路径重要度和连通率,将解析法和模拟法相结合,建立矿井防尘供水管网系统可靠性计算模型,并利用Sobol序列替代伪随机数序列的拟蒙特卡罗法对供水管网系统的可靠度进行解算.将求解模型应用于开滦集团某煤矿防尘供水管网系统可靠性分析,计算结果系统可靠度为0.983,889,标准差为1.497×10^(-4).研究结果表明:组件阈级越低,其重要度就越高,对整个供水管网的影响程度越高;在管网系统可靠性求解模拟中,与伪随机数序列相比,Sobol序列的解算结果具有更高的精准度和稳定性,收敛速度更快. In order to study the reliability of mine underground dust-proof water supply network system,the reliability calculation model of mine dust-proof water supply network system was established,by considering the function and structure of the network system,introducing the concept of flow reliability and unit importance based on threshold level,and integrating the path importance and connectivity of water supply network.The reliability was solved by using Sobol sequence of quasi Monte-Carlo instead of pseudo-random number sequence.The solving model was used to analyze the reliability of a coal mine dust-proof water supply network in Kailuan Group,the calculated result was 0.983,889 and the standard deviation was 1.497×10-4.The results showed that the lower the unit threshold level was,and the higher the importance degree was,the greater the impact on the entire pipe network was.The reliability of water supply network system calculated by Sobol sequence had higher accuracy and stability,and the convergence rate was faster than that by pseudo random sequence.
