摘要
目的将导师制联合病例讨论的教学模式运用于眼科学住院医师规范化培训中并评价其效果。方法选取2015—2017年度眼科学住院医师规范化培训的学员为研究对象,2015年9月—2016年9月采用传统的讲座方式为基础(lecture-based learning,LBL)的教学法(对照组),2016年10月—2017年12月采用导师制联合病例讨论的教学模式(实验组)。对规范化培训满一年的学员进行总结考核,包括理论考试、操作考核、临床思维及学员满意度问卷调查。数据采用SPSS16.0进行统计学分析。结果实验组学员的理论考试成绩、操作考核成绩、临床思维成绩及总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);学员对培训的满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导师制联合病例讨论的教学模式明显提高眼科学住院医师规范化培训的理论、实践技能操作及临床思维水平,提高眼科规培生科研素养及培养质量。
Objective To apply the teaching mode of tutorial system combined case discussion to the standardized training of ophthalmology resident and evaluate its effect.Methods Residents who participated in the standardized training in ophthalmology department from 2015 to 2017 were selected as research subjects.From September 2015 to September 2016,the traditional teaching method(lecture-based learning,LBL)was adopted(control group).From October 2016 to December 2017,the teaching mode of tutorial system and case discussion was adopted(experimental group).A total of one year's training for standardized training was carried out,including theoretical examination,operation assessment,clinical thinking and student satisfaction questionnaire survey.The data were statistically analyzed with SPSS16.0.Results The results of the test,the operation assessment,the clinical thinking and the total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of trainees was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching model of tutorial system combined case discussion obviously improves the theory,practice skills and clinical thinking level of the standardized training for ophthalmology inpatient,and improves the scientific research quality and quality of the ophthalmology.
