摘要
近年来慢行所代表的低碳、人文、社会价值使其在学术界和实践中都备受关注。在城市慢行急剧衰落的背景下,城市设计应以此作为未来导向,这既是对城市中占大多数的步行者的尊重,又是建设生态文明与低碳城市的需要。文章通过追溯慢行相关理念的价值取向演变历程,理清机动化时代慢行重新回归的新内涵,在此基础上构建系统的以慢行为导向的城市设计策略,以回应我国城市机动化愈演愈烈、慢行网络难成体系的严峻现实。
In recent years,low-carbon,humanistic and social values represented by pedestrian and bicycle are of great concern in academia and practice.As pedestrian and bicycle transport decline,urban design shall be slow transport oriented to promote ecological and low carbon urban development.The paper traces the evolution of slow transport concept and values,explains the connotation of reviving non-motorized transport,establishes correspondent urban design strategies to deal with the problems of motorization in cities.
