摘要
随着新型城镇化城乡一体化的提出,小城镇作为连接城市和乡村的纽带,其规划建设也愈发重要。目前我国小城镇数量急剧扩张,小城镇建设中缺乏特色、空间杂乱无序、规划难以落实等问题逐渐凸显。本文将城市设计的方法融入小城镇规划设计过程中,旨在从新的角度探讨小城镇规划方法,并结合黑龙江省密山市白鱼湾镇小城镇设计从思维转变、实际操作等方面进行规划设计,以塑造出符合新型城镇化要求的以人为本、关注环境、重视自身特色的小城镇。
With the new urbanization of urban and rural integration, small towns as a link between the city and rural areas, its planning and construction are also becoming more important. Currently the number of small towns in China rapid expansion, the construction of small towns in the lack of features, spatial disorderly, planning to implement, etc. Problems are becoming more and more serious. The urban design method into the design process planning of small cities and towns, to probe into the method of small town planning from a new point of view, combined with Baiyuwan town design from the shift in thinking, practical planning and design, to shape to meet the requirements of the new urbanization to people-oriented, concerned about the environment, pay attention to its own characteristics of small cities and towns.
