摘要
区域的可达性与经济发展密切相关,在新型城镇化的背景下,兰新高铁的开通为西北地区打开了快捷便利的客运通道,推进了西部新型城镇化进程。通过列举和对比几种可达性的测量方法和指标,将高速铁路沿线城市在时间优势下进行可达性影响评价。投入指标为平均旅行时间、加权平均时间,产出指标为日可达性和经济潜力,为了使产出最大化,需计算出兰新高铁对沿线站点城市可达性影响的效率值,故运用数据包络模型(DEA模型),对城市的可达性进行综合评价,比较高铁建设前后的城市可达性的变化,并提出相关合理化建议。
The reachability of the region is closely related to economic development.Under the background of new-type urbanization,the opening of the Lanxin High-speed Railway has opened up a fast and convenient passenger passage for the northwest region and promoted the process of urbanization in the western part of China.In this paper,several measurenent inethods and indicators of accessibility are listed and compred in order to evaluate the impact of the time advantage of highspeed railways on the accessibility of cities along the route.We choose the average travel time and weighted average time as input indicators,Economic potential as an output index day reachability and,the data envelopment model(DEA model)is used to calculate the efficiency of the Lan-Xin High Speed Rail impact on the reachability of the cities along the route from the perspective of maximizing output.This is a comprehensive evaluation of the reachability of the city.Compare the changes of urban accessibility before and after the construction of high-speed rail and put forward relevant rationalization suggestions.
