摘要
交通与经济协调发展对于推动“一带一路”发展战略具有重要意义。基于“一带一路”倡议背景,本文以“一带一路”沿线城市经济数据和交通数据为基础,构建交通优势度综合评价数理模型和区域经济水平评价模型,对“一带一路”沿线城市经济发展水平与交通优势度之间的耦合协调关系进行分析,为相关部门决策提供信息参考。研究表明:1)“一带一路”沿线各市域交通优势度具有比较明显的空间差异,形成“东部地区高于西部地区,北部区域高于南部地区”的空间分布格局;2)“一带一路”沿线城市经济综合指数低值集聚现象明显,共形成3个低值集聚区,分别是广东段的西部地区、广东段和广西段的交界区域和海南省的中西部;3)“一带一路”沿线各市域的区域经济与交通耦合协调发展水平整体不高,处于中低度协调阶段。
The coordinated development of transportation and economy is of great significance to the promotion of"the Belt and Road"of development strategy.Based on the strategic background of"the Belt and Road",a comprehensive evaluation mathematical model of transportation superiority degree and an evaluation model of regional economy level are constructed based on the economic data and traffic data of the cities along"the Belt and Road".The spatial coupling and coordination degree between the level of economic development and the transportation superiority degree of cities along"the Belt and Road"is analyzed to provide information for decision-making by relevant departments.Research shows:①There are obvious spatial differences in the transportation superiority degree of the cities along"the Belt and Road".The spatial distribution pattern of"the eastern region is higher than the western region,and the northern region is higher than the southern region"is formed;②The phenomenon of low-value agglomeration of the comprehensive index of economic level is obvious in the cities along"the Belt and Road".A total of three low-value agglomeration areas are formed,which are the western part of Guangdong,the junction area of Guangdong and Guangxi,and the central and western parts of Hainan Province;③The overall level of spatial coupling and coordination degree of regional economy and transportation superiority degree in each city area along"the Belt and Road"is not high,and it is in the middle-to-low level of coordination.
