摘要
在各级建设主管部门大力推行下,我国工程质量监督标准化工作已在各地陆续开展,但仍处于初步探索阶段。为推动工程质量监督标准化工作持续改进,基于系统思维,从政府相关部门质量监督层面建立工程质量监督标准化评价指标体系,包括监督主体标准化、内容标准化、方法标准化和效果标准化,并提出开展工程质量监督标准化评价工作机制。通过专家问卷调查,实现指标赋分、权重计算和修正。评分结果有利于评判当前工程质量监督标准化现状,验证工程质量监督标准化评价体系建立的合理性和适用性。
In order to promote the continuous improvement of the standardization of project quality supervision,this paper established a standardized evaluation index system of project quality supervision based on systematic thinking,which was formed by the standardization of main body,content,methods and effect.And then,this paper proposed a working mechanism to carry out standardized evaluation of project quality supervision from the aspect of quality supervision of relevant government departments.Through expert questionnaire survey,this paper realized index assignment,weight calculation and revision.The grading results were helpful to judge the current status of project quality supervision standardization and verified the rationality and applicability of the standardized evaluation index system of project quality supervision that established in this paper.
