煤矿机电事故影响因素及关系分析 被引量:2

Influencing factors and relationship analysis of mechanical and electrical accidents in mine

摘要 井工开采中机电事故的发生往往造成人员伤亡和财产损失,机电事故的研究越来越得到普遍重视,本文主要分析机电事故的影响因素和各影响因素之间的关系。首先收集了全国19个矿井的机电事故统计数据,利用专家评分的方法对各个矿井各个因素的状况进行了评分,采用最小二乘拟合的方法对得到的数据进行了分析。根据分析结果得出,影响因素包括机电状况、人员素质、管理水平和生产工作环境;各因素与机电事故频率呈现负相关的关系;各因素中对机电事故频率影响的程度从大到小依次是机电状况影响程度、管理水平影响程度、人员素质影响程度、生产工作环境影响程度。 The occurrence of electromechanical accidents often cause casualties and property loss in drilling mining.More and more attention has been paid to the research of electromechanical accidents.This paper mainly analyzes the influencing factors of electromechanical accidents and the relationship between various factors.First,the statistics data of electromechanical accidents in 19 mines in China were collected,and the status of each factor in each mine was scored by expert scoring method.The data obtained were analyzed by least square fitting method.According to the analysis of influence factors,including electrical status,personnel quality,management level and production environment,the various factors and the electromechanical accident frequency have a negative relationship;influence on the electromechanical accident frequency factors in degree from big to small was electromechanical status,degree of management level and personnel quality and the working environment.
