摘要
知识经济时代的到来和急速发展对高素质人才的要求越来越高。为顺应时代发展的要求,培养具有高度自律意识和能力的大学生势在必行。本文在分析当前大学生自律意识和能力现状的基础上,着重剖析了造成大学生自律意识和能力差的原因和培养自律意识和能力的重要性,认为应该从社会环境、学校管理和学生个人三个方面进行着力引导和培养。
The higher requirements were brought for those high quality talents with the coming and developing rapidly of knowledge economy era.So,it is imperative to develop college students who have a high degree of self-discipline awareness and abilities.In this paper,the existing circumstances actuality that cause the college students'worse self-discipline awareness and abilities were presented and the analyses were made about it.The author think it is very important to develop the high degree of self-discipline awareness and abilities and it should be improved following three aspects:social circumstances,college management and college students.
