摘要
文章在传统实验教学方法不适合植物组织培养实验教学在学分制下的人才培养为前提,实时的开展了植物组织培养实验教学改革。重点从实验室的建设,实验教学的运行,开放实验室管理体制的构建和开放实验教学效果的评价等五个方面论述了植物组织培养开放型实验教学的方法和成效。特别从实验室的开放和实验教学内容的开放两方面阐述了项目研究的成效。
In this paper,the experimental teaching reform of plant tissue culture,was carried out based on a fact that the traditional plant tissue culture experiment was not adapted to the cultivation of talents under the credit system.Methods and effects of open experimental teaching of plant tissue culture were elaborated mainly from the construction of the laboratory,implementation of experimental teaching,construction of open laboratory management system and evaluation of open experimental teaching effect.The effectiveness of research project was elaborated especially from the opening of laboratory and teaching experiment contents.
