摘要
为了促进乡镇经济的发展,避免造成经济两极分化现象,乡镇的财政管理也需要进行改革与创新。目前,在我国乡镇的财政改革中,主要表现为激励机制与财政管理两方面。论文分析了乡镇财政改革的作用,并且对乡镇财政改革中的激励机制与财政管理进行探讨,分析两项措施带来的收益,进而为乡镇财政改革提供理论依据。
In order to promote the development of rural economy and avoid the phenomenon of economic polarization,the financial management of villages and towns also needs to be reformed and innovated.At present,in the financial reform of villages and towns in our country,it is mainly manifested in two aspects:incentive mechanism and financial management.The paper analyzes the role of the financial reform of villages and towns,and discusses the incentive mechanism and financial management in the financial reform of villages and towns,analyzes the benefits brought by the two measures,and then provides a theoretical basis for the financial reform of towns and villages.
