摘要
平台企业的灵活用工问题案例分析发现:我国平台企业类型多样,影响较大;滴滴司机主要是以兼职人员为主体且构成多元化,工作时间灵活,不受平台企业的限制,工作时间主要在上下班高峰期时段;平台企业招聘门槛较低、培训不够系统、福利保障过于简单,员工对企业忠诚度低,离职率较高;平台企业与员工之间的劳资关系模糊不清,出现很多关于平台企业灵活用工劳动纠纷的问题,政府和企业需要做出系统的改变。
The case analysis of the flexible employment problems of platform enterprises finds that the types of platform enterprises in China are diverse and have great impact,the Didi drivers are mainly part-time workers and the constitute of which is pluralism,the work time of whom is flexible and not restricted by platform enterprises,and it is mainly in the rush hour period.Platform enterprises have low recruitment threshold,inadequate training system,too simple welfare protection,low staff loyalty and high turnover rate.The labor relations between platform enterprises and employees are ambiguous,and there are many problems about flexible employment disputes in platform enterprises.The government and enterprises need to make systematic changes.
