摘要
中国共产党拥有世界其他政党无可比拟的执政资源优势;但执政资源是一个变量,在复杂的执政环境中,中国共产党的传统执政资源正在流失和衰减。今天,中国共产党应该强力维护和盘活执政资源存量,拓展和开发执政资源增量。在盘活存量方面,应该保护和激活红色资源遗产,坚守和创新意识形态资源,巩固和提升经济绩效资源,聚合和再生民心资源;在开发增量方面,应着重开发法理型资源,生产政治话语资源,整合社会组织资源,开拓新媒体资源,借鉴国外政党执政资源。
