牙源性干细胞的免疫调节作用

摘要 牙源性干细胞是一类从牙体或牙周组织中分离得到的干细胞,具有独特的免疫调节作用,可通过直接接触或分泌细胞因子发挥免疫抑制作用,在T细胞、B细胞等淋巴细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡等过程中扮演着重要角色。此外,牙源性干细胞对多种慢性炎症性疾病、自身免疫性疾病的治疗有一定临床指导意义。本文对几种常见的牙源性干细胞的免疫调节作用进行简要综述。 Dental stem cell(DSC)is a type of stem cells that possess unique immunomodulation properties and can be effectively obtained from isolated dental or periodontal tissue.They exert immunosuppressive effects through direct contact or secretion of cytokines and play a key role in the proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis of T cells,B cells,and other lymphocytes.The treatment of a variety of chronic inflammatory and autoimmune diseases has a certain clinical significance.In this review,we summarize current studies on the immunomodulatory properties of several common DSCs.
