摘要
目的:探讨右美托咪定在老年高血压患者全髋关节置换术硬膜外麻醉和全麻手术中的效果。方法:收治全髋关节置换术治疗的老年高血压患者160例,分为4组,各40例。A组全麻(右美托咪定),B组全麻(生理盐水),C组硬膜外麻醉(右美托咪定),D组硬膜外麻醉(生理盐水)。结果:A组T1、T2、T3时间点MAP、HR指标均低于B组(P<0.05)。C组T1、T2、T3时间点MAP、HR指标低于D组(P<0.05)。A组T1、T2、T3时MAP、HR指标均低于B组、C组、D组(P<0.05)。结论:建议可给予接受全髋关节置换术治疗的老年高血压患者全麻方式,术前给予右美托咪定,可在一定程度上稳定血流动力学。
Objective:To investigate the effect of dexmedetomidin on epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia for total hip arthroplasty in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:160 elderly patients with hypertension treated by total hip replacement were divided into 4 groups,with 40 cases in each group.The A group was given general anesthesia(dexmedetomidine),the B group were given general anesthesia(normal saline),the C group with epidural anesthesia(dexmedetomidine),and the D group with epidural anesthesia(normal saline).Results:The indexes of MAP and HR at T1,T2 and T3 in the A group were lower than those in the B group(P<0.05).The MAP and HR at T1,T2,T3 time points of the C group were lower than those in the D group(P<0.05).The indexes of MAP and HR at T1,T2 and T3 in the A group were lower than those in the B group,C group and the D group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that the general anesthesia for elderly patients with hypertension undergoing total hip replacement can be given.Dexmedetomidine can be stabilized before operation,which can stabilize hemodynamics to some extent.
