摘要
目的尝试采用因素分析,分析抗生素使用及其时间对新生儿肺炎治疗疗效的影响,总结抗生素使用对策。方法方便选取2016年1月—2017年10月该院收治患儿144例,按照临床疗效进行分组,收集资料,进行因素分析。结果144例患儿,均使用抗生素,其中单独使用头孢类抗生素82例、单独使用青霉素55例、其他7例。疗程3~13 d,平均(6.8±1.5)d。多因素Logistic回归分析。结果显示WBC、PLT、抗生素耐药、抗生素相关性腹泻、精神萎靡不振、有并发症成为独立影响因素差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿肺炎预后影响因素较多,抗生素耐药是导致无法痊愈的重要影响因素,需要严格控制使用的时间、剂量,预防抗生素相关性腹泻,做好疗效预测,规范抗生素应用。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the effect of antibiotic use and its time on the therapeutic effect of neonatal pneumonia by factor analysis.Methods From January 2016 to October 2017,144 cases of children were convenient selected and divided into groups according to the clinical efficacy,data were collected and factor analysis was carried out.Results 144 cases of children were treated with antibiotics,among which 82 cases were treated with cephalosporins alone.55 cases were treated with penicillin alone and 7 others.The course of treatment was from 3 to 13 d,with an average of(6.8±1.5)d.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that WBC PLT,antibiotics.Drug resistance,antibiotic associated diarrhea,mental malaise,complications were independent influencing factors the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many prognostic factors of neonatal pneumonia.Antibiotic resistance is an important factor leading to the failure of recovery.It is necessary to strictly control the time and dosage of use,prevent antibiotic associated diarrhea,make a good prediction of curative effect,and standardize the application of antibiotics.
