摘要
目的探讨一次性根管治疗对牙隐裂伴牙髓病变临床疗效的影响,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法方便选取该院2015年5月—2017年1月所收治牙隐裂伴牙髓病变患者96例,随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组48例,予以一次性充填根管治疗;对照组48例,予以多次法根管治疗。记录两组根管填充及术后疼痛情况,并比较两组患者临床疗效差异。结果两组恰填率、欠填率、超填率均差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.356,0.000,0.261;P>0.05)。研究组患者中,出现2例轻度疼痛、2例中度疼痛及1例重度疼痛,其疼痛率为14.42%,显著低于对照组的31.25%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.116,P<0.05)。研究组患者中,治愈26例、显效14例、有效6例,其临床总有效率为95.83%,显著优于对照组的12例、15例、10例及77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在符合治疗指征的前提下,一次性根管治疗应用于牙隐裂伴牙髓病变治疗中,根管填充更严密,术后疼痛更轻,临床表现更好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of one-off root canal therapy on the clinical efficacy of dental cleft and pulp disease,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods 96 cases of dental cleft and dental pulp disease in our hospital from January 2017 to May 2015 were convenient selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The study group of 48 cases,be one-time root canal filling treatment;the control group of 48 cases,to multiple root canal treatment.The two groups of root canal filling and postoperative pain were recorded,and the difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference in the two groups of filling rate,under filling rate,and over filling rate.There was no statistical difference(χ2=0.356,0.000,0.261;P>0.05).Among the patients in the study group,there were 2 cases of mild pain,2 cases of moderate pain and 1 cases of severe pain,the pain rate was 14.42%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group 31.25%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.116,P<0.05).In the study group,26 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,and the total effective rate of the study group was 95.83%,which was significantly better than that of the control group in 12 cases,15 cases,10 cases and 77.08%cases,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.694,P<0.05).Conclusion On the premise of meeting the indications of treatment,one-time root canal therapy is applied in the treatment of cracked teeth with endodontic lesions.Root canal filling is more rigorous,postoperative pain is lighter,and the clinical performance is better.It is worthy of clinical application.
