根管治疗联合全冠修复在牙隐裂合并慢性牙髓炎患者中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨根管治疗联合全冠修复对牙隐裂合并慢性牙髓炎患者治疗效果、咬合功能及咀嚼功能的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2018年4月辽宁省沈阳市和平区牙病防治所收治的34例牙隐裂合并慢性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均给予根管治疗联合全冠修复,随访1年后,统计治疗效果,并比较治疗前后咬合功能及咀嚼功能变化情况。结果治疗总有效率为91.18%,治疗后的最大咬合接触面积及最大咬合力均高于治疗前,咬合力不对称指数低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后的出血指数及牙龈指数均低于治疗前,咀嚼效率高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论对牙隐裂合并慢性牙髓炎患者采用根管治疗联合全冠修复可清除病灶,阻止炎症反应扩展,提高患者的咬合功能和咀嚼功能。
