摘要
目的观察裸花紫珠颗粒治疗急性乙型肝炎的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法 87例患者随机分为对照组43例和观察组44例,对照组予阿德福韦酯片,观察组加用裸花紫珠颗粒。4周为一疗程。比较临床疗效,临床症状改善情况,HBs Ag、HBe Ag、HBV-DNA转阴率,肝功能,血清中TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、IL-32含量,记录不良反应。结果观察组临床总有效率为88.6%,HBe Ag、HBV-DNA转阴率分别为86.4%和84.1%,均高于对照组的69.8%、60.4%和55.8%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组乏力、恶心厌食和黄疸改善更为明显,肝功能指标ALT、AST、TBIL,炎症因子TNF-α、IL-6、IL-32明显低于对照组,肝功能指标A/G明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应出现。结论裸花紫珠颗粒治疗急性乙型肝炎安全有效,其机制与降低炎症反应有关。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Luohuazizhu particles on patients with acute hepatitis B,and its influence on inflammatory cytokines.Methods 87 cases were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(43 cases)received Adefovir dipivoxil tablets,the study group(44 cases)received Luohuazizhu particles additionally,the treatment cycle was 4 weeks.Clinical effects;the improvement of clinical symptoms,negative conversion ratio of HBsAg,HBeAg and HBV-DNA;Liver function;And serum level of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8 and IL-32 were compared.The adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total efficacy rate was 88.6%,the negative conversion ratio of HBeAg and HBV-DNA were 86.4%and 84.1%,respectively,all were higher than those of 69.8%,60.4%and 55.8%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,for the study group,fatigue,nausea and anorexia,and jaundice improve greatly;seum level of ALT,AST,TBIL,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-32 were lower,the A/G was higher,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion Luohuazizhu particles were effective and safe for patients with acute hepatitis B,reducing inflammation may be the mechanisms.
