摘要
采用FLUENT软件模拟研究了旋风除尘器的锥体高度(H)对旋风除尘器内部压力降(ΔP)、气流平均停留时间(tav)及尘粒去除率(η)等性能指标的影响。研究结果表明,增加锥体高度,能够降低旋风除尘器内部气流压力降和不同粒径尘粒去除率,延长气流平均停留时间。该旋风除尘器对20μm以上的尘粒几乎能够完全去除,而对于5μm以下的尘粒去除能力极其有限。
the FLUENT software was used to simulate the effect of cyclone dust collector cone height(H)on the internal pressure drop(ΔP),mean air flow retention time(t av)and dust particle removal rate(η)of the cyclone dust collector.The results show that increasing the cone height can reduce the airflow pressure drop and lower the removal rate of dust particles with different particle sizes in the cyclone,and extend the average residence time of the airflow.The cyclone dust collector could almost completely remove dust particles in size of 20μm and above,but for size of 5μm and below,it shows very limited removal ability.
