摘要
用RSM模型对直切式单、双入口型旋风分离器三维流场进行了数值模拟,结果表明:双入口型改善了单入口型式流场的不对称性,减小了流场内部的涡流;随着入口尺寸减小,进口气速的提高,其切向速度和总压增加明显,而轴向速度和径向速度变化不明显。
RSM Model was employed for simulation of three-dimensional flow field and separate efficiency of cyclone separators with single/double tangential inlets. Results showed that, double inlets cyclone improved the flow field non-symmetry of single entry cyclone and minished the vortex flow inside flow field; With the decrease of entrance dimension and increase of entrance stream velocity, the tangential velocity and total pressure increased distinctly, while the axial velocity and radial velocity varied unclearly.
