摘要调研报告以提高贵阳市青少年涉毒行为精准预防为目标,采取问卷调查、文献分析、关键知情人访谈等方法,对贵阳市青少年涉毒行为预防开展实证分析,提出贵阳市青少年涉毒行为精准预防对策:进一步完善和推广动态分类分级预警机制,创新毒品预防宣传的内容和形式,建立网络新媒体不良信息的甄别筛查及处置工作机制,通过立法途径加大对介绍引诱他人吸毒人员的惩治力度,加快推进重点青少年群体动态管理机制的建立和信息共享,为精准预防教育提供有力支撑和决策依据,促进青少年健康成长。
