摘要
固井封隔系统纵向上密封失效,易导致生产后期出现环空窜流而缩短油气井寿命。为此,研发水泥环纵向水力突破能力评价装置,开展水力突破能力评价实验,以流体打压验窜方式评价固井耦合系统纵向阻挡水力突破效果。分析表明,水力突破压力与水泥环的胶结强度、胶结均匀性和有效封隔长度有关。利用水泥胶结评价技术探测流体窜流通道,揭示水力突破机理,建立了一套固井封隔系统纵向阻挡水力突破能力的评价方法。
In view of the longitudinal seal failure of the cementing sealing and sealing system,the annular channeling flow shortens the life of the oil and gas wells in the later stage of production.Through the research and development of the longitudinal hydraulic breakthrough capacity evaluation device,the hydraulic breakthrough capability evaluation experiment is carried out.Fluid pressure testing mode is used to evaluate longitudinal barrier hydraulic breakthrough effect of cementing coupling system.The results show that the hydraulic breakthrough pressure is related to the cementation strength,cementation uniformity and effective packing length of cementing ring.Cement cementation evaluation technology is helpful to detect fluid channeling channel,and reveal mechanism of hydraulic breakthrough,so a set of evaluation methods of longitudinal blockage hydraulic cementing capacity of cementing packer system are established.
