摘要
环空间隙的存在会影响固井质量的评价结果。因此,研究环空间隙对声幅测井的影响规律是非常有必要的。用质量分数为9%的膨润土浆涂抹套管外壁,膨润土浆厚度从薄到厚共10个等级,建立了含有不同尺寸的环空间隙套管井模型。根据声幅测井原理对其用水泥浆固井后进行模拟声幅测井试验,分析各模型套管波幅值与环空间隙厚度关系。实验室条件下测得的套管波幅值与现场声幅测井得到的相对幅度为线性关系,通过相对幅度计算套管波幅值,估算环空间隙的厚度,达到对某井段环空间隙厚度预测的目的。
The existence of annular clearance would affect the evaluation results of cement job quality.Therefore it was necessary to study the influence rules of annular clearance of acoustic amplitude logging.A model with different annular clearance casing sizes was established by using bentonite slurry with 9% mass fraction to coat the casing and the bentonite slurry was divided into 10 grades from thin to thick coatings.The casing wave amplitude value of model and the corresponding thickness of annular clearance were obtained for regression analysis to get a fitting equation.The linear relationship between the casing wave amplitude value of models and the relative amplitude from acoustic amplitude logging on location is assumed.Then the linear equation is established.By using the equation,the amplitude value of casing is calculated by the relative amplitude and then the thickness of annular clearance is estimated by using the fitting equation,then the prediction of the annular clearance thickness in a certain hole interval is achieved.
