摘要
万家寨水电站技术供水清水循环控制系统已投运15 a,备品备件难以采购,设备缺陷多、维护难、人机交互不友善,流程设计不合理,运行可靠性低。针对以上问题,对原控制系统进行了更新改造,采用以莫迪康TSX-P57-4634M型CPU为基础,配套相应的开入、开出及模拟量板件组成的控制系统,更换、增加了部分自动化元器件。改造后通过静态、动态调试,验证了控制系统的正确性,解决了存在的问题,提高了检修、运行人员的工作效率。
Wanijiazhai Hydropower station technical water supply water circulation control system had been operating for fifteen years,spare parts were difficult to purchase,with the large number of defects,maintaining difficultly,unfriendly human-computer interaction,unreasonable process design,and low level of operational reliability.As to the above problems arising,the updating and improvement was made to the old system.Based on Modicon TSX-P57-4634M CPU,supporting the corresponding amount of opening,the amount of analog panels together constitute the core part of the control system,replaced part of the poor performance of automation components and added a part of the automation components,through the static test and dynamic test,the correctness of the whole control system was verified,and finally the existing problems were solved,and the working efficiency of the overhaul and operation staff were improved.
