摘要
为实现小麦秸秆高值化利用,降低聚3-羟基丁酸酯(PHB)生产成本,同时综合提高麦秸粉(WSF)/PHB复合材料的物理力学性能和热性能。通过有机蒙脱土(OMMT)熔融共混改性WSF/PHB复合材料,热压—冷压工艺制备复合材料,探究OMMT添加量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:复合材料经OMMT改性后,OMMT层间距增大,部分PHB分子链进入OMMT层间,制备得到了插层型复合材料,复合材料的界面相容性得到改善。当OMMT添加量为1%时,相比对照组,复合材料的弯曲强度、弯曲模量、拉伸强度、拉伸模量、冲击强度分别提高了13.49%、13.78%、9.52%、15.53%、12.59%,吸水率下降了2.15%,复合材料的结晶度相比对照组提高了12.73%。OMMT的加入降低了复合材料的起始分解温度,但提升了复合材料的热稳定性及高温耐烧蚀性能。
In order to achieve high value-added utilization of wheat straw,reduce production cost of poly(3-hydroxybutyrate)(PHB)and improve physical,the mechanical and thermal properties of wheat straw flour(WSF)/PHB composites,WSF and PHB were served as the main materials used to produce WSF/PHB composites modified by organo-montmorillonite(OMMT).Composites were produced by hot-pressing and cold-pressing technology.The effect of OMMT content on properties of OMMT/WSF/PHB composites was analyzed.Results were analyzed by interlayer spacing of OMMT,fracture surface,physical and mechanical properties,thermal properties of composites.Results indicated that WSF/PHB composites modified by OMMT was increased interlayer spacing and better interface compatibility.Parts of PHB molecular chains were intercalated into the OMMT interlayers,and the prepared composites were intercalation composites.When the OMMT content was 1%,flexural strength,flexural modulus,tensile strength,tensile modulus and impact strength could reach better values,compared to control group,these values were increased by 13.49%,13.78%,9.52%,15.53%,12.59%,respectively.Compared to control group,the water absorption value was decreased by 2.15%,and crystallinity of OMMT/WSF/PHB composites was improved by 12.73%.Owing to the adding OMMT,the initial decomposition temperature of OMMT/WSF/PHB composites was reduced,while the ablative resistance and thermal stability were enhanced.
