摘要
在酚醛树脂中引入硼化合物通常能够显著提高酚醛树脂的热稳定性和残碳率,本文介绍了各种无机和有机硼化合物对酚醛树脂的改性作用,并分析各种硼化合物改性酚醛树脂在耐高温材料领域应用时的优缺点。着重指出,超支化聚硼酸酯改性酚醛树脂在耐热性、工艺性、韧性等方面都表现出优异的性能,具有很大的发展潜力。
Thermal stability and carbon yield of phenolic resin can be greatly increased by introducing boron compounds. The effects of inorganic and organic boron compounds on the phenolic resin are reviewed, the advantages and disadvantages of boron compounds modified phenolic resin are analyzed. It is pointed out emphatically that hyperbranched polyborate is a novel effective modifier for improving the thermal stability, toughness and processability of phenolic resin.
