摘要
钢箱拱桥在施工结束后拱肋的拱轴线线形与设计拱轴线线形的差值体现了安装精度的高低,温度作用对成桥拱轴线线形影响较大。通过对施工过程中的环境温度与设计温度不一致所导致的体系温差以及太阳光照射所导致的日照温差对各吊装节段控制点坐标的影响值的计算,提出温度作用下节段吊装控制点坐标误差的修正方法,可提高拱肋的安装精度。
The difference value of arch axis linetype and that of designed arch axis of arch rib of steel-box arch bridge after the completion of construction embodies the installation accuracy,and the influence of temperature on the arch axis linetype of completed bridge is larger.Through the calculation of influence value of temperature difference of system that is caused by the inconsistency of environment temperature and designed temperature during the construction and that of sunlight that is caused by sunlight radiation on the coordinate of control point at each hoisting section,the correction method for the error of coordinate of hoisting control point of the section under the effect of temperature is put forward,so as to improve the installation accuracy of arch rib.
