摘要
目的分析在脑卒中患者中使用任务导向性康复训练结合"醒脑开窍"针刺法治疗对其平衡功能的影响。方法选取我院收治的60例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分成30例对照组与30例观察组;对照组采用"醒脑开窍"针刺法,观察组在此基础上进行任务导向性康复训练,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者平衡功能、运动功能以及日常生活自理能力等指标均明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中患者在"醒脑开窍"针刺法基础上采取任务导向性训练法有助于改善患者平衡功能,提高其日常生活自理能力,可推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of task-oriented rehabilitation training combined with“Xingnao Kaiqiao”acupuncture on the balance function in stroke patients.Methods Sixty patients with stroke were randomly divided into 30 control groups and 30 observation groups.In the control group,“Xingnao Kaiqiao”acupuncture method was adopted,and the observation group was carried out the task-oriented rehabilitation training on the basis of the observation group,and the treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the indexes of balance function,motor function and self-care ability of daily life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The task oriented training method is helpful to improve the balance function of the patients and improve their daily life self-care ability,which can be popularized.
