摘要
目的探讨太极拳对脑梗死患者平衡功能、焦虑状态及生活质量的影响。方法采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)对2008-01～2010-01焦作市某医院神经内科的68名脑梗死患者康复训练进行评估,观察比较太极拳及常规神经康复训练对患者神经心理康复的影响。结果 2组患者平衡功能积分、焦虑与生活质量评分较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.01),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论太极拳对脑梗死后平衡功能、焦虑状态及生活质量均有较好改善,是一种行之有效的康复疗法,值得进一步研究推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Taijiquan training on the balance function,anxiety and general quality of life of patients with stroke.Methods The Berg balance scale(BBS),Hamilton anxiety Meter(HAMA) and general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74) were employed to evaluate the both training ways to recover the Jiaozuo city hospital 68 patients with stroke from January 2008 to January 2010.Results The balance function integration,anxious state and life quality scores improved remarkably after treatment in both groups,there was statistical significance between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion Taijiquan can improve the balance function,anxiety and general quality of life better.Taijiquan is an effective rehabilitation treatment,and deserves further study in the promotion.
