摘要
由于固体产品三聚磷酸钠的粒度细、密度小,生产过程中对其进行处理时极易扬尘,因此对产品后处理设备的密封性、操作环境的整洁性提出了很高要求。分析了用于生产三聚磷酸钠的回转冷却窑的主要设计参数和选型,通过热力计算,认为:回转冷却窑内置U型套管密封性好、技术先进、结构简单、易于操作、维修方便,可达到预期效果。
As solid product STPP comes in fine particle size and low density,it is prone to dusting during handling,hence it gives higher requirements for the tightness of the equipment and the operation cleanness for the post-treatment of the product. An analysis of main design parameters and selection for the rotating cooling kiln for production of STPP is provided. And through thermal calculation,it is concluded that the rotating cooling kiln with built-in U sleeve comes with excellent tightness,state-of-the-art technology,simple construction,easy operation,easy maintenance,which can meet the expected results.
